Pizza Crust Mix

Preheat oven to 450 F and grease a baking sheet or 12” pizza pan. 

Open and pour yeast/sugar packet into a measuring cup and add 3/4 cup warm water (110-120 degrees).  Proof for 5 minutes. 

While yeast is proofing, put dry mix into a mixer bowl, mix well.  Then add:

• 1 large egg

• 1 tbsp avocado oil

• 1 tsp vinegar

• Proofed yeast mixture

Mix until well combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.  It will be a soft spreadable dough.  Place dough on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan and smooth it into a 12” diameter circle using a lightly greased silicone spatula.  Let rise for 20 minutes in a warm place (~90 degrees).  Bake for 10 minutes on the middle oven rack, until the crust is golden brown. Add desired pizza toppings and bake again at 450 F for 10-13 minutes. 

If you wish to use the pizza crust later, place on a cooling rack.  Once cool, you can also wrap it well and freeze it.
